Customized CNC controller design
From its establishment, Bilko’s primary objective has been to develop real-time system hardware and software in the field of industrial automation. These efforts towards open control systems containing PLC and CNC functions constitute Bilko’s long-term and continuous activity area.
Development activities for CNC applications include system development, engineering and field services in response to the special numerical control system needs of machine manufacturers. Beside LYNCA control systems produced, Bilko considers as well its partner CYBELEC’s control products on which Bilko has in-depth expertise. Bilko is able to provide R&D services to machine manufacturers in Turkey and abroad.
I/O and RTU modules design and signal processing
Our company has large experience in designing Remote Terminal Units with special functions and developing application projects with such equipment. Bilko develops products and solutions on various platforms using open protocols using industrial buses with real-time systems. Many of the LYNCA RMC series products have been developed and manufactured as a result of special project requirements.
CAM software and robot automation
Robot integration into machines and automated production robot cells are on the rise among Bilko’s services. Bilko focuses on robot integration into machines in its R&D projects. Especially in the field of sheet metal processing machines (laser, plasma cutting machines, bending presses), Bilko develops advanced technology solutions with Cybelec, Metalg and Intecro Robotics..
Radio communications engineering services
Bilko develops special radio communication networks for mission-critical projects in telecontrol and telemetry. Bilko provides turnkey engineering and solution services including site survey, network design, network planning, network simulation, field installation. Bilko serves as a Value Added Distributor (VAD) of SATEL OY including advanced services such as new hardware and application software development based on SATEL’s UHF radio modules as well as on other radio technologies.
